There are many feature included into this invoice system. this includes Invoice: The Invoice system in this project allow users to be able to create a new invoice, add customers, edit and print out invoices. Overdue invoices also can be viewed using a separate button. with this functionality, seller can easily see users who has an outstanding and they can be able to notify them to make the payment. More functionality is that seller can easily apply payment to overdue or existing invoice. Quotation: Seller can issue a quotation, edit and update quotation details and send it out in pdf format. Once quotation has been accepted by customer, seller can use a single click to convert the quotation to invoice without manually writing out a new invoice for the quotation. Repair Docket: For company who deals with repair of items and other services. when customer drop an item for repair, it is good to have the record on file. With this system, seller or technician can generate a service docket which can also be called drop of confirmation docket for customer, once the item has been dropped off, seller can set collection date and also convert the docket to invoice upon end of service. Other feature includes accounting, journal and purchase order.
