only send support tickets if your PayPal payment has not been
processed after 12 hours
. If after this period your transaction
still has not gone through, then let us know and include:
- Your Transaction ID
- Your Email Address
- Transaction Date & Time
and we'll make sure it's all sorted out. Thank you!
HoloCode does not provide support for individual Items/files.
- If the Item/file appears 'corrupt', try extracting with WinRAR (Win) or StuffIt (Mac).
- Contact the author directly on the individual Item page via the comments facility.
Try checking your spam filters/junk mail/deleted folders for your account verification email.

- a link to the Item sold on HoloCode,
- a link to the Original Work,
- a brief description of the issue.
We will investigate, and take appropriate action if necessary.
